Play Vegas Strip Blackjack

This blackjack version is played with 4 decks of each 52 cards.
The Dealer gets one card face-up and one card face-down. He checks for blackjack. If the dealer has blackjack the game is over.
Player can split a maximum of 3 times. Double Ace can only be split once.
Player can double on any first two cards.
Insurance is allowed.
Rules are similar to the Vegas Downtown version except that the Dealer stands on a soft 17.
